Justin Tucker hit a two-run home run as the Vikings edged the Cavaliers in 10 innings to claim the Blue Ridge District regular-season title in Daleville.

Tucker finished 3-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs for Northside (15-6). Camden Spangler scattered two doubles and earned two RBIs, while Evan Bruce scored two runs and added three stolen bases.

Lord Botetourt fell to 11-8.

Dan River 15, Martinsville 5

The Bulldogs gave up 14 runs in the final four innings and fell to the Wildcats.

Eland Blankenbaker earned an RBI on a bases-loaded hit-by-pitch for Martinsville (2-17), while Juan del Santiago, Gavin Muse and Daniel Niblett scored on errors.
